Julie Jones is the founder and CEO of Human-i Intelligence Services, an exclusive digital security, investigations, and threat management company based in Vancouver, Canada. Julie is the best-selling author of “How to Become a World-Class Investigator”, and a regular cast member on the award-winning UK TV show, Hunted.
A former British police detective and undercover operator, Julie makes use of all-source information with a focus on online open-source intelligence, and ethical and proportionate practices in covert operations, to solve complex problems for entities worldwide. Julie has recently been appointed as the Senior Police Consultant in Sexual and Gender-Based Violence by the National Police in Guyana.
As a global educator for over a decade, Julie has developed and delivered training on the topics of internet investigations, intelligence analysis, data security, digital currency, human trafficking, and organized crime in over 20 countries. In the past 12 months, Julie has developed and delivered training for the newly formed risk and threat units in El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras, and in strengthening institutional capacity to combat human trafficking with a focus on corruption, money laundering and transnational organized crime in Panama, Costa Rica, and Colombia.
Julie is a passionate human rights advocate and believes that every person has the right to live a life free of fear, victimization and abuse.
